However effective and quality massages are not cheap, and this is a disadvantage for someone on a budget, because they can’t afford to get massages regularly.
So, if you live in a place where massages are expensive, take your time to find an affordable, but expert massage therapist, for few sessions in a year. Or you can learn basic massage techniques, and give yourself a simple massage.
